Sr. Engineer (TMC & CNC Setter)

Qualification & Experience:
Education- ITI , Diploma, B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical

Experience : Above 6 Years

Required Skills:

  • CNC Expertise: Proficient with Turn-Mill centers and CNC Turning, including troubleshooting, setting, and machine setup.
  • Control Systems: Hands-on experience with both Fanuc and Siemens controls.
  • Tooling Knowledge: Strong understanding of CNC tooling, cutting inserts, drills, reamers, endmills, and taps.
  • Productivity Improvement: Focus on tool life monitoring, cycle time reduction, and setup time reduction; skilled in cycle time studies.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Collaborates with the maintenance department to reduce downtime.
  • Training & Manpower: Capable of training operators and handling manpower.
  • Reporting & Data: Makes daily production reports and performs data entry.
  • Material Management: Arranges tooling and raw materials for shifts.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieves daily production targets.
  • Quality & Analysis: Monitors rejection rates and conducts why-why analysis.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel) for day-wise production planning and execution.

Sr. Engineer (Sliding Head Setter)

Qualification & Experience:
Education -ITI , Diploma, B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical

Experience : Above 6 Years

Required Skills:

  • Sliding Head Expert: Strong experience with Sliding Head (Swiss-type) machines, specifically TORNOS Deco20A & Tsugami, covering troubleshooting, setting, and programming from drawings.
  • Control Systems & Software: Proficient with Fanuc and Siemens controls, plus good knowledge of TB-DECO NC Software for TORNOS machines.
  • Bar Feeder Handling: Skilled in operating IEMCA Bar Feeders.
  • CNC Tooling & Optimization: Excellent knowledge of CNC tooling (inserts, drills, reamers, endmills, taps), focusing on tool life monitoring and productivity improvements through cycle time and setup time reduction.
  • Production Management: Responsible for daily production reports, data entry, production planning, and target achievement.
  • Quality & Problem Solving: Conducts rejection monitoring and why-why analysis.
  • Team & Coordination: Provides operator training, handles manpower, and coordinates with maintenance to reduce downtime.
  • Resource Management: Manages tooling and raw material arrangements for own shift.
  • Software Proficiency: Competent in MS Office (Excel) for planning and execution.
